For decades, DNP CO., Ltd has developed and supplied various types of dampers, which are effectively designed for air conditioning and ventilation systems in marine and offshore projects.

DNP Damper have been developed in compliance with latest SOLAS Regulations, and tested and approved for class A0 -A60 divisions according to IMO resolution A.754 (18)

DNP Dampers are constructed robust and corrosion-resistive, guaranteeing their long life span in harsh marine/offshore environments with large thermal/humid ranges, and precise operation even after suspended positioning at onestate for long period of time. The dampers are easy to install/disassemble in a limited space, and give best accessibility for mantenance purpose after installation. Also various control options are provided to meet a wide range of customer requirements.

DNP Pressure Relief Damper (Modulating Damper) has been developed for controlling airflow in the ventilation system to be unidirectional. The damper flap is switched on the designated air pressure set by appropriate weighting.

 

Balancing (Volume) Damper

 

DNP Balancing (Volume) Damper has been designed for controlling airflow through ventilation systems. Adjusting mechanism can be implemented in manual, pneumatic or electric actuation.

Shut-Off Damper

 

DNP Shut-Off Damper has been designed for isolating airflow through ventilation systems. Controlling mechanism can be implemented in manual, pneumatic or electric actuation.

 

Non-Return (Back Draft) Damper

 

DNP Non-Return (Back Draft) Damper has been developed for controlling airflow in the ventilation system to be unidirectional.

 

Fire Shutter

 

DNP Fire Shutter is a robust safety device made of Stainless steel 304.

The shutter can be closed automatically by fusible link when ambient temperature rises over 72°C , and it can be operated manually. Also electric magnetic equipped for emergency operation, maximizing safe and reliable nature of device.

The shutter is produced to meet the standards specified in IMO regulation and certified by KR, ABS, DNV, LR, GL, BV etc, also acquired CE Mark.

GEX has been offering first class building maintenance services since 1996.

GEX™ Kitchen Exhaust System is capable of extracting up to a maximum 90% of grease content from the cooking effluent before it leaves the hood area.

The result is certified by SGS in an independent study in accordance to the international exhaust testing standard ASHRAE PR-851. Tests on oil mist and odour concentration were also significantly lower when compared with before and after installation of the GEX™ Kitchen Exhaust System.

Grease Removal Process
  1. Grease particles are cooled and washed away by the water mist curtain.
  2. The viscosity of the grease is reduced once it is in contact with the moist surface of the mesh filter.
  3. The remainder of the grease is then captured by the mesh filter.

Up to 90% of the grease can be removed.

Thermal Sensor – Controlled Exhaust System

How does the system work?

 

Routine Operation:

  • The Electrostatic Precipitators (EP) will inter-lock with the kitchen exhaust fan.
  • As contaminated exhaust air passes through the ionizing section, the particles become charged
  • When charged particles pass through the Collection Plate Section at the downstream, they will be attracted to the opposite charged Collection Plates.
  • Up to 90% of the grease or smoke particles is filtered from the exhaust air.

Auto-cleaning Procedure:

  • At the end of operation, degreaser and water are closed into kitchen exhaust hood according to the pre-set time.
  • The circulation pump sprays cleaning solution to flush the cell of the EP removing grease.
  • After the flushing, the system will flush clean water to clean the express cleaning solution.
  • The exhaust fan is turned on automatically after flushing.
    The strong airflow dries the cell of the EP

These heated vane inlets provide anti-icing protection in our product for winterization against any build-up of snow or ice.

Immersion Heater

The RFA range of Flameproof rod-type immersion heaters is suitable for installation in process tanks, safety showers, engine sumps, pressure vessels and similar plants located in Zone 1 and Zone 2Hazardous Areas, where the flammable atmosphere is a IIA, IIB or IIC Gas Group. Thermostat
